Abstract: Aiming at the problem of dark matter in the universe, which is widely discussed at present, it is believed that the theory used to verify the existence of dark matter is mainly derived from the law of gravitation, so it is necessary to improve it theoretically. According to the general theory of relativity, it is believed that the forces in the universe should not have action at a distance. Gravitational Lens  and Slingshot effect is the Practical basis, and The extreme value of the action distance between the two objects is obtained by using the balance equation of the moment of inertia of the two objects, which shows that the action of the inertial force (the moment with space medium as the medium) has a range of distance, which is different from that of the gravitational force, and the comparison between the inertial force and gravitation is used to compare and analyze 6 methods for measuring dark matter and dark energy prove the existence, and it is concluded that the large-scale method needs to re-identify the source of the force; The Radius and velocity proportional distortion of cluster objects can be improved by AHP of inertial force; Gravitational lensing is caused by the lack of parameters in the corresponding relationship between deflection and mass. The improved lensing can be the best scheme for measuring long-distance constellation at present. This fundamentally negates the existence of dark matter and dark energy in the universe.
